As the year 2020 came to a close, the Hack and Slash category on the Android platform saw varying performance levels among its top applications in the United States. Here's a breakdown of how five leading apps fared in the fourth quarter, according to data sourced from Sensor Tower.

MARVEL Future Fight experienced a significant revenue peak in late November, hitting $319K, with a subsequent steady revenue trend through December, ending at $195K. Downloads saw a notable spike in late November at 21K, while weekly active users peaked at 161K in the same period before settling to 135K by the year's end.

Honkai Impact 3rd - Part 2 also displayed a revenue peak in December, reaching $139K, followed by a slight decline to $117K. The game's downloads gradually decreased over the quarter, from 15K in late September to 7.5K in late December. Weekly active users showed a slight increase in late November but ended the quarter with 72K active users.

Otherworld Legends had modest revenue figures, with the highest being $2.3K at the start of the quarter and ending at $666. Downloads followed a downward trend from 9.6K to around 3K, and active users mirrored this trend, starting at 14.5K and dropping to 6.4K by the end of December.

GUNDAM BREAKER MOBILE saw its revenue more than double from the start of the quarter, ending at $103K in the last week of December. The app's downloads showed an impressive increase, jumping from 506 at the start of Q4 to over 14.5K in the last week. Active users followed this positive trajectory, growing from 11.8K to 32K.

Lastly, Darkness Rises maintained a steady revenue stream, starting at $39K and ending at $27K. Downloads saw a peak in mid-December at 6.1K, while active users showed a slight increase from 21.2K in late September to 22.4K at the quarter's end.
